RetiredAccountService

The app-template login, register and profile calls went to the Location Marketing account server (marketing.mapsted.com). That server was retired on 2026-09-11 and its DNS record removed (#294). Every call made through retrofit fails at once with MESSAGE, through the callers' normal failure paths, instead of a DNS lookup for a host that no longer exists.
