deleteAllData

Delete every queued upload of dataType for propertyId: the rows and the payload files backing exactly those rows. Queued uploads of any other type or property, and every other file in the queue directory, are left untouched.

Walks are never deleted (operator ruling W11, #306): for Calibration and DataCapture this call does nothing except log a warning; the walks stay queued with their files and are uploaded on the next sync. A walk leaves the queue only when the server accepts it.
