PublicApi

The one place the SDK names the host of Mapsted's public REST API.

Every build type (release, debugRelease, staging and debug) talks to production public.mapsted.com. The old per-environment hosts public-test.mapsted.com and public-stage.mapsted.com have been retired, so no build type uses them. Staging data is still selected per request with the data=uat query parameter (Params.useStagingData()), not by a separate host.

A build check makes sure that every Mapsted host named in the source code still resolves.
