inEffectOn

@RestrictTo(value = RestrictTo.Scope.LIBRARY_GROUP)

open fun inEffectOn(@Nullable hoursList: List<Hours>, @NonNull now: Calendar): List<Hours>

Returns the opening periods in effect on the day of now (read in now's time zone), in order: first any earlier day's period that is still open after midnight (as a period today from 00:00 to its closing time, listed only until it closes), then today's own periods in list order. Use this rather than filtering with isDayOfWeekMatch when you need today's hours, so that a period from Friday 18:00 to Saturday 02:00 counts as open at Saturday 01:00.
