Use the SDK start API (CoreApi.Setup.startLocationServices). Removal goes with EngineFacade in 26.11.
Starts positioning through the SDK start path (same as the SDK start API: restart counter, running flag, callbacks). Does nothing (logs a warning) when no SDK instance is reachable. Removal goes with EngineFacade in 26.11.
