plotPolygonOverlayOnTheMap

Plot a free-form polygon overlay (e.g. a restricted "do-not-enter" area) onto the map. Additive: this never recenters or zooms the camera. The overlay is keyed by its (propertyId, buildingId, floorId, polygonId) tuple so it can be removed precisely later.
