prefetchStatsSnapshot

Round 25 diagnostic: snapshot the prefetch effectiveness counters as a single human-readable string (fills/hits/misses/invalidations). Caller prints this at plot end so the logcat carries one line per plot rather than one per pull. Counters are reset by resetPrefetchStats.
